Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Desert Eagle game (“we”, “us”) handles information for Royal Hand Legends (Android package com.hzzxyj.Hand), its online game service and support pages. This is the policy for Hand, separate from Royal Backgammon Legends.
1. Information and purposes
- Account identifiers: a randomly generated guest identifier, player ID and authentication credentials connect you to your account and secure your session. Guest credentials are stored locally on your device and used with the game server.
- Profile and game activity: nickname, avatar, preferences, level, game results, activity records, virtual balances and cosmetic selections provide matchmaking, gameplay, progression, rewards and rankings.
- Social features: friend relationships, requests, chat messages, blocking and reports provide communication and help investigate abuse. Profiles, rankings and messages you send can be visible to other players; world messages are visible to participants in that channel.
- Network and operations: our servers and web infrastructure process IP addresses, connection and request information, and operational or error logs to deliver the service, diagnose failures and protect it against abuse.
- Support: when you contact us, we receive your email address, player ID, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use these to answer you and verify privacy or deletion requests.
The current 1.0.0 release uses guest access. It does not integrate advertising, in-app payment, Google or Facebook sign-in, or third-party analytics/crash-reporting SDKs. It does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. Virtual coins are game items and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Sharing and service providers
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate servers and store game data, and email providers to handle support correspondence. These providers process relevant information to deliver those services. Google Play separately processes distribution and store-related information under its own privacy policy. Other players receive the profile or message content needed for the social and multiplayer features you use.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or establish or defend legal claims. Hosting and support processing may take place outside your country.
3. Storage, retention and account deletion
Account and progress data are stored while your account exists. Uninstalling the game or clearing local storage does not delete the server account and may remove your ability to access a guest account.
Use Settings → Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps to delete your active account. The server removes the active player profile, guest login mapping, balances and progress, friend relationships and associated stored friend messages; it also removes your messages from the current world-chat history. Deletion is permanent and game progress cannot be restored through normal sign-in.
Some records are stored separately from the active profile, including virtual-balance transactions, moderation reports, security records and deletion-request audit records. Account deletion does not automatically erase all such records. These can remain for investigation, integrity of transaction records and handling requests; contact us to request review and removal of associated personal information where applicable. Operational logs follow server log rotation. Backup or historical deployment copies, where present, are not removed immediately by the in-game deletion action.
If you cannot use the game, follow our account-deletion instructions to email a request. You do not need to reinstall or sign in. We may need information establishing ownership before acting, and will respond according to applicable privacy requirements. Copies other users independently saved are outside our control.
4. Security and your choices
The distributed game connects to our online service using encrypted transport (TLS). Access controls and server-side checks help protect the service, but no system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, guest credentials, access tokens or full payment details in support messages.
You can update available profile settings, stop using optional social features, and request access, correction or deletion by emailing deserteahleonle@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or a complaint to a data-protection authority. We process information to deliver the service you request, maintain its security, handle support and meet legal obligations, as applicable.
5. Children and privacy questions
If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a child’s account or personal information, contact us with the game name and player ID if available so we can investigate and handle the request.
6. Changes and contact
Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required. Privacy contact: Desert Eagle game, deserteahleonle@gmail.com.
