Delete your account

Royal Backgammon Legends

You can request permanent deletion of your game account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit the web request on this page.

Option 1 — Delete in the game

Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm twice. This verifies the active session, deletes the account from active systems, signs the account out, and returns the game to the login screen.

Option 2 — Submit a web request

If you cannot access the game, submit the form below. Desert Eagle game may contact you at the email address provided to verify account ownership. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days.

If the form is unavailable, email yejw0105@gmail.com with the subject “Royal Backgammon Legends Account Deletion” and your player ID.

What is deleted

The active player profile, guest or supported login mapping, virtual balances, progress, match profile, friend relationships, and associated social content are deleted from active systems. Deletion is permanent; virtual items and progress cannot be recovered.

Limited information we may retain

Limited pseudonymous transaction, moderation, security, fraud-prevention, deletion-request, or legal records may be retained only when reasonably necessary. Restricted backups expire through the normal backup rotation. Retained records cannot be used to restore the deleted game account. See the Privacy Policy retention and deletion section for details.
